In order to comply with existing law, thus ensuring security and confidence in all users, we inform you that in accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Company and Electronic Commerce Services, this website is the property of Nutcreatives SL with CIF B65692014 and located in Carrer d'En Robador, 35-37,08001, Barcelona. This website is governed by regulations exclusively applicable in Spain, and the user is subject to these regardless of whether the user resides in Spain or abroad.

User access to our website is free and conditional on reading and fully understanding these General Conditions of Use, which are valid at the time of access, and need to be read carefully. 1. Contact forms 

To provide an accessible method of contacting us in order to submit requests, as well as to receive information about our company relating to, but not limited by, inquires of events, services, products and features. The user provides consent when they provide information via our contact form and check the box stating the acceptance of information being relayed or sent to the user. Data is retained once the request has been resolved through our form or answered by email, and will continue to be if no new processing has been generated, and if the user has asked to receive marketing emails, until the user asks to unsubscribe.

To answer the user’s information requests, reply to inquiries, and respond to questions or concerns.  The user provides consent when they ask us for information by email. Data is not held once the request has been answered by email and if no new data processing has occurred.
